Role description
Manager of supported accommodation for young asylum seekers and refugees.
* Lead a local team to deliver high‑quality supported accommodation, personalised development support, and engaging community activities that help young people feel settled and equipped for adult life in the UK.
* Oversee day‑to‑day running of the team, ensuring each resident receives tailored support through 1‑to‑1 sessions, group activities, and coordinated input from partner organisations.
* Lead multi‑agency work, manage support plans, and maintain high standards of safeguarding and record‑keeping.
* Ensure homes are safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming; manage referrals, occupancy, and compliance with housing standards.
* Manage and support a team, fostering a positive culture and strong partnerships locally, so that young people can build skills, access opportunities, and move forward with confidence.
