The Prudential Risk team focuses on ensuring that the bank remains financially safe, stable, and compliant with prudential regulatory requirements. As the Prudential Risk Manager, you will support the Group Head of Solvency Risk and Regulatory Reporting oversight on the management of solvency risk and the oversight of the regulatory reporting process including conducting thematic risk reviews across the suite of Prudential regulatory reporting, review of BAU returns and horizon scanning, as well as supporting the solvency analytics, management information, and supporting the Group Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery and Restructuring Plan (RRP). The role can be based from our Wolverhampton or Chatham office with occasional travel between offices, we also operate a hybrid policy. As Prudential Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the regulatory reporting and finance planning functions to support and enhance existing processes and ensure the Group remain compliant with regulatory expectations and adhere to industry best practice. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the overarching second line regulatory reporting framework for prudential risk, including oversight of the Regulatory Reporting returns, policies and processes Support the second line oversight of solvency risk, assisting in the capital reporting process where required including the on-going production and monitoring of solvency risk reporting Support the second line oversight of capital planning activities including providing challenge to assumptions in the business as well as conducting sensitivity analysis Supporting on the second line oversight of the annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and Recovery and Restructuring Plan (RRP) Manage the second line oversight of the Group’s Pillar 3 Disclosures and Resolution reporting Support the Group Head of Solvency Risk and Regulatory Reporting Oversight with the maintenance of the risk registers We offer a base salary between £69,000 - £80,000 dependent on experience and location and a competitive benefits package including: Enhanced family-focused benefits Hybrid-working Annual bonus opportunity Please use this link to see the fantastic benefits available at OSB: OSB Careers At OSB Group, we understand how much our people bring to our organisation, which is why we try our best to give back too!
