Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality service.
2. Supervise a team of front-of-house staff, ensuring they meet customer service standards.
3. Respond to customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
4. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment in accordance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
5. Monitor and manage stock levels for front-of-house needs and liaise with suppliers as required.
6. Ensure proper portion control and ingredient usage to maintain quality standards and minimize waste.
7. Assist with staff rotas, shift planning, and on-the-job training for team members.
8. Maintain accurate records related to staff, incidents, and operational procedures.

Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 yearly
