About the role: You’ll lead the strategy and day‑to‑day execution of our paid search and paid social activity. Working closely with the e‑commerce, marketing and design departments you’ll play a key role in scaling ORDO’s online presence and improving ROI across markets. Key Responsibilities
* Paid social (Meta and TikTok) – Plan, execute, and optimise paid social campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions across a number of markets.
* Briefing of creative assets for paid assets, including working with our Social Media Manager to align on UGC and Influencer concepts for paid usage.
* Paid Search – Manage all performance max and search campaigns across Google.
* Sponsored search campaigns – optimise paid search across major retailers in the UK, US and Canada – including but not limited to Walmart, Target, Tesco, Argos, Curry's, Boots and Sainsburys.
* Track, report and analyse campaign performance with a data‑driven approach to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
* Work closely with marketing, design and sales teams to align paid activity with product launches and campaigns, sharing key learnings to further optimise.
About you
* You’re analytical, creative, and proactive – someone who can spot an opportunity and make it happen.
* Proven experience managing paid media (Meta & Google Ads essential, TikTok preferable) – minimum 2 years experience.
* Experience managing retail media, sponsored search or marketplace campaigns.
* Comfortable curating briefs and confident in sharing expertise with regards to what will perform best across each platform/channel.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution, and optimisation techniques.
* A test‑and‑learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Confident working with budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
* Experience across multiple markets including US and UK is advantageous.
