I am partnered exclusively with a family‑run business, looking to take on a Quality Supervisor. This role will be well suited to a candidate coming from a highly regulated industry such as the aerospace or automotive, food and packaging, pharmaceutical or medical device sector. Working in a small team, this role will see you complete quality assurance and compliance activities such as auditing, non‑conformances and document control as well as providing a link to support production. This role will provide a potential roadmap into a managerial role, alongside first‑class training from an experienced quality team. This role will also provide a high level of flexibility regarding working hours.
Job Description
* Oversee the training and maintenance of the electronic Quality Management System.
* Conduct Internal Audits.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Motivate and upskill production and cleanroom operators and ensure the appropriate training of all operators is carried out effectively.
* Monitor utilisation and performance of the cleanroom to ensure company objectives are met.
* Become conversant with the company quality systems to ensure quality targets are achieved and maintained.
* Manage cleanroom output requirements on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in line with the production plan.
Requirements
* Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and BRC standards.
* Experience in conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
