Start date: ASAP - must be available to interview and commence immediately The responsibilities will entail, but is not limited to: Managing high volume joiners & movers arrangements Onboarding and offboarding, new starter inductions including first day meeting/greeting & presentation Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle including administering background checks and managing employee contracts Overseeing visas, applications and renewals processes, and compliance administration Supporting employees with queries & managing the HR inbox Additional HR / People Coordinator responsibilities as required We are seeking someone who: Has 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator / People Operations role, ideally in a corporate/fast-paced environment JML experience ideal Attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with Workday is highly desirable Switched on, adaptable and proactive mindset We are moving quickly!
