The Role
* Lead on a caseload of divorce, financial remedies, children, and nuptial agreements, often with HNW/UHNW and international elements.
* Play a key role in client relationship management and business development, with support from an existing loyal client base.
* Contribute to the growth and direction of the family team, working closely with colleagues across the practice.
* Mentor and support junior lawyers, helping to shape the next generation of the practice.
About You
* An experienced Family Solicitor at Partner level, or an ambitious Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to step into partnership.
* Strong technical expertise across both financial and children matters, ideally with experience in HNW/UHNW cases.
* Excellent client-handling skills, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and commercially.
* A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and the ambition to take on a leadership role.
