Solicitor / Assistant Solicitor – Serious Injury
Location: North West (Manchester / Liverpool)
A leading national law firm is looking to add a Solicitor or Assistant Solicitor (0–4 PQE) to its well-regarded Serious Injury team in the North West.
This is a really strong opportunity to join an established and supportive team handling high-quality, complex work. The caseload will focus on serious injury matters including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputations and other life-changing claims, acting for both adults and children.
The team has an excellent reputation in the market and offers a collaborative environment, with exposure to high-value work and the chance to develop under experienced senior lawyers.
The role will involve:
- Managing your own caseload of serious injury files
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters
- Advising clients with empathy and clarity during challenging circumstances
- Contributing to team development and wider initiatives
- Potential involvement in mentoring more junior team members
About you:
- 0–4 years’ PQE with some exposure to serious injury or personal injury work
- Strong client care skills and a genuine interest in this area
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- Motivated, team-oriented, and keen to progress
