Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager

A leading fashion retailer is seeking an experienced CRM specialist to shape and deliver a high‑impact customer strategy. This role focuses on building long‑term loyalty, deepening engagement and driving personalised, data‑led experiences across all channels.
The brand has invested heavily in advanced CRM capabilities, including a sophisticated CDP and segmentation tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing this ecosystem to life and elevating customer communications.
About the Role
You’ll lead the CRM and loyalty strategy end‑to‑end, developing programmes that increase frequency, spend and lifetime value. Working with trading, brand, digital and retail teams, you’ll ensure customers receive relevant, timely and seamless experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver the CRM and loyalty strategy
* Own CRM communications across email, SMS, website and direct mail
* Work with creative teams to produce personalised, dynamic campaigns
* Build and optimise automated journeys using the CDP
