The Role The successful Art and Design Teacher will:
* Teach Art and Design across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 available for a suitably experienced Art and Design Teacher)
* Plan and deliver engaging, practical, and theory-based lessons that inspire creativity
* Encourage experimentation with a range of artistic techniques and media
* Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
* Contribute to curriculum development within the Art and Design department
* Promote high standards of presentation, creativity, and independent learning
* Support extracurricular activities, exhibitions, and whole-school creative initiatives
