Job Overview
We are looking for an exciting opportunity within the Cotswolds Integrated Community Team (ICT). The successful candidate will provide business and project support to the management team and wider service, involving navigation of multiple systems to develop business intelligence that will support service improvements and meet governance requirements; in line with local strategies and government initiatives. The role will be supported by the Community Manager and may involve managing and supervising the Admin Lead in the locality.

Main Duties
This is a relatively new role within the ICTs, supporting ongoing projects and continually developing within a changing health economy. The role may be subject to change during the development phase.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate good attention to detail, working knowledge of clinical systems (SystmOne), rostering software, and ESR, and ability to analyse and present information from diverse data sources. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong relational abilities, flexibility, self‑drive and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level in a relevant subject area, or equivalent experience or training.
* Good standard of literacy and numeracy.
Experience
* Experience of undertaking complex administrative tasks, progress chasing and working to tight deadlines.
* Significant experience of working within a statutory organisation.
* Significant experience of working in a busy office environment.
* Experience of line management, delegation, supervision.
* Significant experience of managing and leading projects.
* Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desirable Criteria
* Previous experience of working within the NHS/local authority.
* Previous use of staff rostering systems.
* Previous use of an electronic patient records system (e.g. SystmOne).
