Responsibilities
* Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
* Assess patient needs and update care plans as necessary.
* Monitor vital signs and escalate changes in condition appropriately.
* Administer medications safely and effectively.
* Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
* Ensure compliance with NMC standards and hospital policies.
* Report incidents and safeguarding concerns.

Qualifications
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
* SACT passport and chemotherapy administration experience
* Experience in a clinical healthcare setting
* Understanding of clinical governance and patient safety
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in IT systems for patient records
* Previous oncology experience is required
