The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, delivering an efficient, client-focused service while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
* Handling transactions from initial instruction to post-completion
* Providing clear løsungsartige advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Maintaining excellent client communication and relationships
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Confident working autonomously in a remote environment
* Client-focused with a proactive and professional approach
* Comfortable using modern case management systems and technology
