SF are recruiting for an immediate start, Temporary Administrator/Document Controller for an important client based in Ilkeston. We are able to offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.00ph however we must have candidates who are immediately available to start. 40 hours per week. Minimum of 3 months, possibility of temporary to permanent for a successful candidate. You will be required to work directly with our Project Managers / Design Managers and Quality Manager to actively support the design, procurement and construction process on multi-million pound projects. We require someone who will integrate into a team, has high levels of motivation, strong IT skills, along with good written & verbal communication skills, good organisation & time management capabilities. 1. You will manage and control the flow of documents and information on projects.
2. Using Microsoft Software Packages including SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
3. Receipt and logging of project documentation, maintaining document registers and numbering system
4. Ensuring all documents are submitted through the Document Control Process
5. Distributing documentation both within the company and externally.
6. You will be able to provide an accurate and up-to-date status of the information / document flow whenever requested.
