Loading shovel driver / 360 Materials Handler – EGGER UK

Your Tasks
* Operate as a member of a team in the Timberpak business and ensure that the site is maintained in a clean, tidy and organised condition.
* Undertake a comprehensive training programme to be able to run every aspect of the machines used on the Timberpak site.
* Attend any further training courses as required. Complete shift reports detailing any specific information as relevant to shift.
* Operate the basic functions of the weighbridge software to enable accurate recording of inbound and outbound material.
* Ensure machinery is maintained as required at all times. Liaise with the site supervisor regarding the condition of the site equipment.
* Observe and comply with all safety precautions in Health and Safety procedures; ensure safety equipment and PPE are in good order and used at all times.
* Ensure operations are conducted in a safe manner and report any incidents, accidents or hazards.
* Observe and comply with the Company Quality Systems as detailed in the Quality Manual.
Requirements
* Reasonable standard of secondary education
* Relevant certificates in either 360 Materials Handler or Loading Shovel driver (role requires experience with one of these machines)
* Basic IT skills and competent use of Microsoft products
