Main purpose of role: We're looking for an ambitious HR Generalist to join London's fastest-growing Estate Agency business. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in shaping and nurturing our strong company culture, with a primary focus on colleague relations, wellbeing, acquisitions and reporting. Hours: Monday-Friday
Location: Teddington, TW11, Greater London (full time on-site)
Salary: Depending on experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the business with advice and coaching on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management.
- Provide expert advice, coaching and guidance to the business.
- Carry out extensive people due diligence as part of the acquisitions process.
- Manage transition and integration of acquisitions including restructuring where applicable.
- Reporting – monthly, quarterly and annual people reporting for the business.
- Contribute to implementation of new HRIS.
- Implement new colleague benefits platform.
- Drafting people policies and updating Colleague Handbook.
- Wellbeing to include EAP, DSE and Occupational Health Referrals.
- Sickness and absence management.
- Maternity and paternity processes.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified or significant on-the-job experience.
- Previous experience in HR team at Manager level or above.
- Multi-site/fast paced environment.
- Up to date knowledge of employment law.
- Happy to travel around Greater London as required.
