This role ensures all training is aligned with internal policies and client agreements, while also providing accurate and timely management information in line with agreed formats and deadlines. You will also play a key part in supporting the delivery and promotion of Health and Safety standards across the site. Join Sodexo and be part of something greater. You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your way.What you'll do:Deliver learning and development activities in line with Sodexo policy and project agreement requirementsEnsure all training meets agreed standards, content, and compliance guidelinesFacilitate engaging training sessions and workshops (in person and virtual)Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venues, and participant registrationMaintain accurate training records and provide timely management reportsSupport the L&D Manager with training needs analysis, programme development, and evaluationsPromote a strong Health & Safety culture, embedding a Zero Harm mindset in all trainingBuild effective relationships with site teams, clients, and stakeholders while supporting continuous improvementWhat you bring:EssentialProven experience delivering training or learning and development servicesStrong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsAbility to influence performance and outcomes at peer levelRelevant qualifications (GCSEs/A Levels or equivalent experience in a training role)Experience working to strict KPIs and contractual requirementsDesirableAccredited L&D qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 3)Experience supporting multi-service learning and development environmentsKnowledge of staff mobilisation and onboarding processesSkilled in facilitation techniques, including coaching approachesExperience contributing to the development and improvement of a training functionWhat we offer:Working at Sodexo isn't just a job — it's a chance to make a difference every day.
