A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Service Charges & Rent Manager to join a well-established housing organisation in Norfolk.
The Role
This is a key operational leadership role responsible for the delivery of service charge and rent functions across a large housing portfolio. You will oversee the full lifecycle of service charges and rent processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing service charge budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation
* Overseeing billing, rent setting, and charge application
* Ensuring compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
* Leading on resident engagement and dispute resolution
* Managing and developing a customer-focused team
* Driving process improvements and system enhancements
About You
* Strong experience in service charge and rent management within housing
* Knowledge of leasehold, Section 20 processes, and housing legislation
* Proven experience leading teams and delivering high performance
* Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
