Trainee Searching Administrator Role Description To undertake a range of administrative tasks as part of team rotas to support the smooth running of the office. Ensure that all work is completed within the clients Service Level Agreements · To undertake the ordering and dispatching of Coal Reports and Environmental reports. · To undertake the ordering and dispatching of information regarding Edinburgh Council and Glasgow Council, uploading combined reports to the Instant Office platform. · To undertake the ordering of Plan Reports · Liaise with clients and Registers of Scotland in connection with requests and queries. Qualifications Minimum of two Highers (from English, Maths, Business Admin) or a relevant HNC / HND.
