Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Head Chef role located in Keswick at Daniel Thwaites. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating menus, ensuring food quality and safety, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. The role involves leading a team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to customers.
Qualifications
* Culinary skills such as menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques
* Leadership abilities to manage and motivate kitchen staff
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
* Creativity in menu development and presentation
* Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings
