Role Responsibilities of a Polisher / Glazer
* Glaze and polish parts in conjunction with the production schedule, complying with appropriate Quality Management System (QMS) and Health and Safety requirements.
* Highlight products that do not meet quality standards by raising the appropriate non-conformance report, accurately maintain all records and documentation, notify the appropriate person(s) when problems are encountered.
* Ensure that the work area is maintained to a high standard of housekeeping and all equipment is maintained to a good and safe working condition.
* To be flexible and willing to learn new skills

* Must be methodical, accurate and precise with a keen eye for detail.
* Able to follow work instructions.
* Proven skills, competency and ability to successfully undertake the requirements of the position.
* Have a passion for producing quality product.
* A good communicator and well organised.
* Able to develop job knowledge and expertise through continual personal development.
* A team player who works well with others.
* Shares expertise and knowledge with others.
Hours of Work
* Days / Afters Shift Pattern with Early Finish Fridays OR Days Only (salary is dependent on which shift pattern).
