Key responsibilities include:
* Medication administration and care planning
* Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support
* Maintaining safeguarding principles
* Taking responsibility as Nurse in Charge
* Team management and shift planning
* Infection prevention and control
* Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
* Upholding clinical governance standards
About you:

Essential requirements:
* A UK NMC-recognised nursing qualification
* A valid UK NMC PIN and registration as an RGN, RNLD, or RMN
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting with mobility
