🚀 Account Manager – Cyber / Tech | Hybrid | Farnborough Area

The Company
Our client is a rapidly expanding cybersecurity and cloud technology business, working with global enterprises and leading channel partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
They operate in a 20% direct / 80% channel model, with a strong partner ecosystem and backing from major industry players.
The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing revenue across enterprise and lower-enterprise clients, managing inbound leads while driving channel relationships.
You’ll combine technical know-how with commercial acumen — from giving demos to building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise and channel accounts.
* Convert inbound leads and develop new business opportunities.
* Deliver product demos and articulate technical solutions clearly to stakeholders.
* Work closely with partners in a channel-led sales model (80% channel, 20% direct).
* Travel occasionally to client sites to support relationships and close deals.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
* Proven track record in Account Management / Sales within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or tech.
* Strong technical understanding — able to confidently discuss solutions with clients and partners.
* Experience managing enterprise or lower-enterprise accounts.
* Comfortable with both direct and channel sales environments.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.

* Uncapped commission structure – 10% of revenue (OTE typically double base, but no ceiling).
