Salary: £42,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Purpose
We’re proud of the brand we’ve built—and we’ve invested heavily in it. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital strategy, challenge the status quo, and make it even better.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative marketer to elevate our brand presence across all internal and external touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in articulating our premium service offering, maintaining brand integrity, and driving engagement through targeted digital campaigns—all with a strong focus on lead generation and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Drive initiatives across social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and website optimisation to maximise visibility and engagement
* Lead Generation Focus: Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to attract and convert prospects
* Lead Generation Focus: Launch targeted advertising initiatives designed to generate qualified leads
* Lead Generation Focus: Continuously refine ideal client profiles to improve targeting and ROI
* Brand Leadership: Act as the custodian of brand integrity, ensuring alignment with our premium positioning and consistent messaging across all platforms
* Brand Leadership: Review our existing brand and recommend areas for improvement
* Campaign Management: Lead LinkedIn campaigns to position us as a competitor differentiator
* Campaign Management: Manage gifting and merchandise initiatives aligned with brand values
* Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate trade show participation, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up
* Campaign Management: Explore and implement AI-driven tools for campaign automation, audience segmentation, and personalised content delivery to improve efficiency and engagement
* Performance & Insights: Oversee website content and performance, ensuring it reflects our brand and supports lead generation
* Performance & Insights: Prepare reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies
* Performance & Insights: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support overall growth
Requirements
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or service-led environment
* Working knowledge of website analytics, social media platforms, and digital advertising best practices
* Strong understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
* Confident in constructively challenging ideas to drive continuous improvement
* Proven experience with HubSpot, particularly around CRM management, automated workflows, and email marketing
* A track record of LinkedIn outreach and direct email marketing as part of lead generation
* Hands-on use of AI-driven marketing tools, things like campaign automation, audience targeting, and performance optimisation
