What You'll Be Doing
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access learning and manage behaviour.
* Support students in developing resilience, emotional regulation, and social skills.
* Implement positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to create a nurturing, inclusive environment.
* Celebrate student achievements and contribute to their personal growth.
What You Need
* Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (at least 3 months).
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
* Empathy, energy, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work as part of a supportive team.
