1. ACA or ACCA qualification (CTA / RI supported)
2. Strong experience across statutory accounts, audit, tax and company secretarial work
3. An existing client portfolio, with ambition to develop further
4. Background from a mid‑tier, independent or entrepreneurial firm
5. A commercial, advisory‑led mindset
6. Leadership capability and cultural alignment
