Lean Kitchen Network (LKN) builds and scales digital-first and onsite food brands — live in 300+ kitchens across the UK and partnered with icons like Doritos, Heinz, and PepsiCo. We’re a data-led, commercially driven food business shaping the next generation of scalable restaurant brands.
We’re hiring a Senior Operations Lead to run our Account Management function and own performance across our licensed partner network. This is a high-impact role that blends commercial performance, digital-first delivery expertise, operational excellence, and deep data literacy.
Role Overview
You’ll lead the Account Management and Partner Training teams, driving GSV, operational consistency, and brand execution across hundreds of licensed kitchens. You’ll build the systems, processes, and playbooks that make our brands scalable — and ensure every partner delivers to standard.

What You’ll Do
Lead the Account Management Team
* Manage and develop a high-performing team.
* Set clear targets across GSV, ops metrics, and partner satisfaction.
* Build a culture of proactive, commercially minded execution.
Own Partner Performance & Growth
* Fully own commercial KPIs: GSV, uptime, menu execution, promo impact, and operational quality.
* Use dashboards and quantitative data to spot issues and drive improvements.
* Unlock growth opportunities through menus, visibility, operations, and delivery platform levers.
Grow & Scale the Licensed Partner Network
* Support partner onboarding, maturity, and long-term success.
* Work with Expansion on new partner launches.
* Use performance data to guide partner selection and brand matching.
Build Processes, Systems & Playbooks
* Create SOPs, toolkits, and operational frameworks that scale to 300+ sites.
* Continuously improve partner workflows using data-led logic.
* Build organised, repeatable systems for tracking performance and communication.
Lead Cross-Functional Delivery
* Represent partner needs internally across Culinary, Brand, Marketing, Tech, and Expansion.
* Support menu optimisation, brand launches, and marketing activations.
* Ensure operational feasibility and commercial strength in all brand rollouts.
Skills & Competencies
Operational Expertise
* Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food delivery, QSR, or franchising.
Data-Driven Decision Maker
* Strong with dashboards, metrics, and quantitative analysis.
* Able to turn complex data into clear commercial action plans.
Systems & Tools
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
* Strong working knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot ideal).
* Comfortable with workflow/project management tools.
Commercial & Leadership Strength
* Proven track record driving revenue growth and improving performance.
* Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
* Highly organised, structured, and reliable.
Experience Required
* 5+ years in operations, account or performance management, franchising, or multi-site hospitality.
* Direct ownership of commercial KPIs (GSV, conversion, promo ROI, uptime, delivery metrics).
* Experience managing multi-site or franchise-style networks.
* Demonstrated data proficiency and process-building experience.
