This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services team as a Project Officer for Shared Spaces, managing key projects around the management of shared spaces and relationship with all landlords, other council departments & external agencies, whom we share space with. The post holder will be focusing on developing a cohesive management approach for the spaces in line with current regulations and legislation. The post holder will have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders. A current valid full UK driving license with access to a vehicle is required as this role will include visiting our sites across Warwick District Council.
