Talentmark are recruiting for a Fleet Manager to join a leading biopharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months. This role is based in the Paddington area of London.
Salary:
£23.08 ph PAYE or £29.87 ph via umbrella
Fleet Manager Role:
* Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the corporate and benefit car fleet
* Manage vehicle assignments in line with current fleet policies
* Maintain and update the Fleet Policy for the UK & Ireland
* Manage insurance and renewals of insurances
* Serve as the central point of contact between suppliers, internal stakeholders and drivers.
Your Background :
* Proven experience as a fleet manager
* Experience in managing dashboards using Excel and the internal fleet management reporting tool
* Strong customer service mindset
* Working knowledge of the electromobility ecosystem and long term leasing market
* Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
