Head of Marketing (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
* Lead and shape the strategic marketing direction of Aspiration Training, aligning all marketing activity with the company’s commercial goals.
* Oversee both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on lead generation, brand development, campaign delivery and performance analysis.
* Work closely with the Commercial Director and lead a small team—including a Marketing Executive and a Digital Marketing Apprentice—to execute innovative, data‑driven marketing strategies that contribute directly to business growth.
Qualifications
* Dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing with a proven track record in strategic marketing leadership.
* Strong background in both digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including lead generation and brand development.
* Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and execute data‑driven strategies that drive business growth.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
