Role: Access Management Programme Manager Level: VP
Salary: £110k + Bonus
Location: London, hybrid 3 days.
Substantial experience (8+ years) in access management / identity & access management (IAM) in a large, complex organisation (ideally UK/Europe).
Demonstrable track record of managing access management programmes or large IAM projects including SSO/MFA, RBAC, PAM, JML lifecycle.
Strong programme management skills, able to juggle multiple categories of work-streams, deliver on time and within budget.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - ability to influence senior leadership and engage varied business and technical audiences.
Solid understanding of access management technologies and identity concepts (e.g., Governance, risk and compliance mindset - familiar with audit requirements, control frameworks, remediation of access weak-spots.
Change and process improvement capability - able to lead operational/process transformation alongside technology delivery.
Preferred: experience with identity governance/IGA tooling, cloud identity (Azure/AWS), directory services, and enterprise access platforms
