Belmont Recruitment are looking to speak with Substance Misuse Family Worker to support young people (8–18) and their families across Oxfordshire. This role offers the chance to deliver evidence-based interventions, build resilience, and create safer, healthier futures. You will: * Carry a caseload of young people and their families across targeted areas of Oxfordshire. * Deliver trauma-informed interventions, including the Moving Parents and Children Together (M-PACT) programme. Providing specialist assessment, care planning and interventions around drugs and alcohol use. * Work closely with schools, youth support teams, family centres, and other partners. * Provide both individual and group support, helping children affected by parental substance use and supporting parents impacted by their child’s use. * Contribute to a whole-family, trauma-informed approach to service delivery. We are looking for someone with: * Experience working with children, young people, and/or families with complex needs. * Knowledge of safeguarding, harm reduction, and child development. * Strong communication, care planning, and group facilitation skills. * The ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings. * For this role you MUST be a car driver with access to your own vehicle - Mileage is paid.
