Nursery Practitioners – Unqualified, Level 2 & Level 3 (Oxford – Ardington area)

We are looking for individuals at all stages of their early years career:
* Unqualified practitioners with a genuine interest in childcare and willingness to learn
* Level 2 qualified practitioners ready to build confidence and develop their skills
* Level 3 qualified practitioners who can take initiative and support the wider team in delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences
About the role:
You will be supporting children aged 0–5 years in a busy, engaging nursery environment. Daily responsibilities include:
* Supporting children’s learning and development through play‑based activities
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
* Assisting with daily routines including meals, personal care, and transitions
* Observing and recording children’s progress
* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
About you:
* Passionate about working with young children
* Positive, caring, and reliable
* Able to work well in a team
* Energetic and proactive in a busy environment
* Relevant qualification (or working towards one) for Level 2/3 roles
