We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Social Media & Content Executive to join our Marketing team, supporting both The Birley Clubs - London’s most iconic private members’ clubs - and The Caring Family Foundation, our philanthropic arm committed to meaningful global impact.
The Senior Content & Social Media Executive will lead the creation and execution of content and social strategies for The Birley Clubs and The Caring Family Foundation. This role requires an experienced, creative, and strategic thinker with excellent storytelling abilities and a deep understanding of luxury branding and philanthropic communication. The successful candidate will help shape digital narratives that elevate brand presence, drive engagement, and support key marketing and charitable initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation
* Develop and manage compelling content across social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to both luxury hospitality and philanthropic audiences.
* Lead the content calendar across both brands, ensuring a consistent and high-quality output aligned with strategic objectives.
* Build creative briefs for photoshoots, videos, and campaigns; oversee production to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics and campaign goals.
* Craft and manage content for Instagram Stories, Reels, and short-form video formats.
Social Media Management
* Execute a multi-channel social strategy that increases visibility, engagement, and community growth.
* Manage daily posting, scheduling, and audience interaction across all relevant platforms.
* Monitor and report on content performance, providing actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
* Stay ahead of social trends and platform innovations, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
1. Brand & Visual Identity
* Maintain and uphold visual and tonal brand consistency for both The Birley Clubs and The Caring Family Foundation.
* Ensure all digital content reflects the sophistication, exclusivity, and philanthropic ethos of each respective brand.
Community Engagement
* Foster meaningful dialogue with followers, responding to messages and comments in a timely, professional tone.
* Leverage community feedback and interactions to inform content planning and engagement strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
* Work closely with the wider Communications team to align social and content strategies with broader marketing goals.
* Coordinate with external supplies such as photographers & videographers, as needed for photoshoots, content creation and campaigns.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a similar content or social media role - luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or charitable sectors preferred
* Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual communication skills
* A strong understanding of content formats across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
* Ability to manage multiple calendars and deadlines with attention to detail
* Confident with data reporting tools and interpreting performance insights
* Organised, proactive, and collaborative - able to juggle brand needs with ease
* Passion for luxury branding and social impact storytelling
