Reading Students' Union is excited to announce we are hiring for a Head of Membership Engagement on an interim basis! This post will be a fixed term contract for 4-months, starting in early September. Applications close 8pm 17th August. Key details: Job title: Interim Head of Membership Engagement Salary: £51,315.78 per annum (full-time equivalent) Contract type: Fixed term, 35 hours per week Reports to: CEO About the role: As the Interim Head of Membership Engagement you will provide operational leadership to support effective service delivery and ensure the smooth delivery of student services and activities. You'll work closely with our elected Sabbatical Officers, supporting them to deliver campaigns, represent students, and engage with the wider student body. About you: You're a strong leader, and excellent communicator, with experience in the field of membership services (or demonstrable transferable skills). You have excellent experience managing, motivating, and developing a team and a real love of coaching and performance management. You are able to think and act strategically, and respond positively to challenging situations, solving problems creatively and quickly.
