Overview
Key Holder — 15hr per week at Fred Perry
Location: Greater Manchester, England, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Greet all customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store
* Identify the specific needs of each person entering the store using open questions
* Maintain the feedback loop to designers and buyers by recording and returning customer comments to Store Management
* Timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise
* Be proactive in loss prevention by keeping the stockroom well organized and maintaining proper procedures
* Re-merchandise displays, point of sale, and select areas of the store regularly to maximize product sell-through
* Demonstrate great till operations, cash handling, banking and associated administration
* Deputise for the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in their absence
* Inform shop managers of any issues or noncompliance regarding all policies and procedures
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Management

* Retail experience necessary
