Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives including M&E, SoMe, groups and corporate while maintaining profitable relationships with clients to enhance our market presence.
An ideal candidate has / is:
·Years of experience in similar senior leadership role
·Proven record of reaching sales targets for several years
·Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
·Mutually profitable relationship with clients already
·Strategical thinking
·Can do attitude – not taking no for answer
·Knowledge of the local leisure and corporate market
·Experience with midsize M&E sales
·Understanding hotel marketing and SoMe strategies
·Strong organisation skill
·Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
·Honest, ethical, outgoing personality that build trust in every level
·Excellent communication in English, speaking additional European language is an advantage
·Always had excellent relationship with other departments in the hotel
·Exemplary customer service
·Confident user of computer systems including hotel specific software such as CRM systems, Opera and Delphi
