Responsibilities:
* Propose, agree, and effectively manage sales budgets and promotional spends to support identified sales strategies within the account base.
* Proactively manage specific customers to optimise net sales and gross margin.
* Accurately forecast and report on customer sales, implementing remedial action plans when a risk to sales is identified.
* Critically evaluate the company's product range within customers to ensure maximized gross margin.
* Identify and secure new profitable business opportunities within the customer base.
* Complete a monthly report detailing performance and key actions for the month ahead.
* Ensure specific customer account plans are created, developed, and maintained.
* Analyse results of all promotional activities to evaluate the most effective mechanics in supporting business objectives.
* Identify opportunities and prepare specific briefs for new product development/current product improvements to enhance net sales and gross margin.
* Communicate with internal departments on customers and their sales strategies, promotional, and new product development activities in a timely manner to ensure all business requirements are met.
Skills and Competencies:
