Experience using Workday preferredJob Description: Recruitment Administrator We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our clients Birmingham team on a temporary basis. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office. You will play a vital part in supporting the recruitment function and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage team administration and maintain the recruitment team’s inbox.
Act as the first point of contact for invoice and rate queries from Finance and Accounts Payable teams.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with the offshore HR Transactions Team, acting as their UK-based contact.
Support Recruitment Advisors in the end-to-end recruitment process including:
Coordinating interviews
Onboarding new hires onto Workday
Liaising with hiring managers and candidates as required
Maintain data and records accurately within Workday and other HR/ATS systems.
Assist in process improvements and ensure adherence to compliance and data protection standards.Skills & Experience:
Demonstrable experience in a recruitment or HR administration role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
Previous experience using HR or Applicant Tracking Systems – Workday preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
