The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Drive business development to win new clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships .
Source top candidates via headhunting, networking, and advertising .
Interview and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish.
Negotiate offers and contracts.
Grow your personal brand and professional network .
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team targets .
The Benefits Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Starting salary: £28,000, rising to £30,000 after 6 months.
Uncapped commission structure up to 40% .
Earning potential: £60k+ in your first year.
