HW Finance are delighted to be working with fast-growing, values-led organisation, who are looking to appoint an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team.
This is a key strategic appointment, offering the opportunity to help drive ambitious growth plans - including scaling turnover significantly and doubling EBITDA by 2029.
The Role
As Divisional Finance Director, you will take full ownership of finance across the division, leading a team of 8 across multiple locations and ensuring robust financial governance, reporting, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include:

* Partnering with the leadership team to shape divisional strategy and growth
\t
* Leading monthly reporting, management accounts, and group reporting packs
\t
* Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
\t
* Managing cashflow, working capital improvement, and financial controls
\t
* Leading year-end audit processes and statutory compliance
\t
* Ensuring timely HMRC reporting (VAT/PAYE) and regulatory filings
\t
* Supporting payroll oversight alongside the People function
\t
* Driving finance process improvements and operational efficiencies
\t
* Providing strong leadership, development, and succession planning for the finance team
About You
We’re looking for a commercially focused finance leader who brings:

* Proven experience operating at Finance Director / senior executive level
\t
* Strong strategic and commercial acumen
\t
* Track record in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
\t
* Experience in multi-division or group environments (desirable)
\t
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
\t
* A hands-on leadership style with strong governance mindset
\t
* Qualified accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
\t
* Experience in a B2B/B2C service-led or travel-aligned business would be beneficial, though not essential.
