Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Market Development: Design and implement growth strategies for Moonmains across online marketplaces (e.g., Net-A-Porter, Farfetch, MatchesFashion), luxury retailers, and wholesale distributors globally.
* Channel Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with luxury boutiques, department stores, and online platforms to secure prime placement and favorable terms.
* Wholesale Business Growth: Develop wholesale plans, set sales targets, and oversee order management to optimize SKU assortment, pricing, and margins.
* Retail Activation & Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with retail partners to create in-store activations, window displays, and merchandising guidelines reflecting Moonmains’ brand identity.
* E-commerce Optimisation: Advise on online storefronts, digital merchandising, SEO/SEM strategies, and customer experience to boost conversion rates and AOV.
* Market Intelligence & Trend Analysis: Monitor luxury trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform product and marketing strategies.
* Brand Ambassador & Events: Represent Moonmains at trade shows, fashion weeks, and industry events; organize trunk shows, pop-ups, and VIP appointments.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Design, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align growth initiatives, product launches, and inventory planning.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Business, Marketing, or related; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
* 5–7 years’ experience in luxury fashion, with success in multi-channel brand growth (online, retail, wholesale).
* Proven experience managing wholesale and retail partnerships in key markets (Middle East, Europe, North America, APAC).
* Deep understanding of luxury consumer dynamics, pricing, and distribution strategies.
* Strong network within luxury retail and wholesale sectors, including buyers and digital marketplace teams.
