Job Description
3. Manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
4. Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve value for money.
5. Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
6. Develop and implement procurement strategies to support the organisation's objectives.
7. Prepare and analyse procurement reports to inform decision-making and ensure transparency.
8. Support the Procurement & Supply Chain department in achieving operational efficiency.
9. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all procurement activities.
10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored procurement solutions.
The Successful Applicant
11. A solid understanding of procurement principles and supply chain management within the Not For Profit sector.
12. Strong analytical and negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective solutions.
13. Proficiency in preparing and analysing procurement-related data and reports.
14. Experience in managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with policies.
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
16. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
