We’re building the world's first story-led global adventure tour and media brand, led by ultra runner and world record holder, Russ Cook (aka the Hardest Geezer), delivering everything from free challenges filmed for YouTube, to epic treks like Everest Base Camp and Machu Picchu, to corporate leadership adventures and marathon packages worldwide.

Now we’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the team and lead the charge on telling our story to the world.
The Role
You’ll own the creation, editing, and planning of both long-form and short-form content across platforms. From YouTube series and documentaries to TikTok clips and Instagram Reels, you’ll be the person shaping how Hardest Adventures shows up online.
You’ll live and breathe content and ideas. You’ll know how to craft a story, grab attention in under three seconds, and create scroll-stopping visuals that inspire people to join an adventure — or just dream about it until they do.
This isn’t a desk-only role: you’ll be right there on the ground at events, on treks, and at challenges, capturing raw, unfiltered moments of adventure.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that drives reach and engagement.
* Manage and edit long-form content (YouTube videos, mini-docs, podcasts, blogs).
* Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with launches, events, and campaigns.
* Collaborate with our partnerships, marketing, and operations teams to tell stories that highlight our adventures, our people, and our impact.
* Analyse performance data to learn what works and iterate fast.
* Stay on top of social and content trends, adapting them to the Hardest Adventures voice.
* Occasionally travel with the team to capture content live from the adventure frontline.
About You
* You’re a storyteller at heart — you know how to make people stop scrolling and pay attention.
* You’re confident shooting and editing across different formats, ideally with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar.
* You’re organised enough to run a content calendar but flexible enough to pivot when something big happens.
* You’ve got an adventurous streak — happy to join us on the road, in the mountains, or wherever the story is happening.
* You know your way around TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and have the creativity to play with them.
* Bonus if you’ve worked in travel, adventure, or lifestyle content before.
* This is NOT a 9-5, one day you may be editing till late for an upcoming deadline, the next flying to Peru / Vietnam to plan an adventure. If this doesn't excite you, we are not the place for you.
