About the roles
We're recruiting a friendly, organised weekend teammate to welcome visitors, keep our showroom running smoothly and support our sales consultants. Perfect for students, returners, or anyone who wants regular weekend hours in a professional, customer-facing setting. Additional ad hoc weekday shifts may be offered to provide cover, subject to business need and your availability.
What you'll do
* Greet customers and offer a warm, professional welcome.
* Book appointments and log enquiries into our CRM.
* Answer inbound calls/emails and pass messages to the weekday team.
* Prepare quotes and send follow-up emails/brochures (templates provided).
* Keep the showroom smart, stocked and presentation-ready.
* Support simple admin tasks (printing packs, filing, data entry).
What you'll bring
* Confident, helpful manner and a genuine customer-first attitude.
* Clear communication and good written English.
* Comfortable using a PC (email, basic data entry/CRM).
* Reliable, punctual and happy to work both weekend days.
* A tidy, professional presentation and pride in the details.
