We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, design‑focused architecture studio in Liverpool that has been creating high‑quality projects for over 30 years. Their work spans Residential, Commercial and Healthcare, and they’re known for their collaborative culture, attention to detail, and commitment to sustainable design. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a talented Architect to join the team.
As an Architect within this practice, you will:
1. Work closely with clients to understand their brief, goals and budget
2. Develop creative, compliant architectural designs
3. Produce drawings, plans and 3D visuals
4. Present design proposals to internal teams and clients
5. Collaborate with engineers, contractors and wider project teams
6. Support projects through construction to ensure design intent is met
7. Keep up to date with industry standards and best practice
8. Contribute to the studio’s ongoing design development
Qualifications/experience:
9. ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect - Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
10. Strong design and visualisation skills
11. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite - REVIT would be a bonus
12. Excellent communication skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
14. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
