Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Systems Manager to lead the delivery of fire and security system installations across the UK. This is a full-time permanent role offering long-term career progression in a growing business. The Role
Manage technical delivery of security and fire systems including CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire detection
Oversee £6m+ annual projects to NSI Gold standards
Coordinate planning, engineering, programming, logistics, and stock readiness
Provide technical support to engineers and subcontractors on-site
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and fully compliant
Drive process improvements to support business growth
About You
Proven experience in delivering fire and security projects (£5m+ per year)
Strong technical knowledge across Electrical, CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire detection
Understanding of NSI Gold or similar compliance standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Full UK driving licence and flexibility for site travel and occasional overnight stays
