Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the service department
* Lead, motivate, and develop technicians and service advisors
* Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and profitability
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Monitor KPIs, performance, and revenue
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Manage customer queries and escalations effectively
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager in the motor trade
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Experience working with a premium brand or in a high-end environment preferred
* Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
* Full UK driving licence
