Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Logistics Manager to oversee the efficient flow of goods, materials, and information within our supply chain. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, transportation networks, warehouses, and distribution channels to optimise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Transportation Coordination – Manage shipping methods, negotiate with carriers, and optimize delivery routes. Oversee distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Import & Export – Process daily shipments to our global customer base and provide clearance instructions for all inbound goods.
* Warehouse Operations – Ensure effective storage, handling, and inventory accuracy within the facility.
* Supplier Relationship Management – Manage the relationship with our logistics partner, resolving issues and leading Monthly and Quarterly Supplier meetings
* Performance Analysis – Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and develop improvement strategies.
* Stakeholder Management – Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Ability to address inquiries and resolve issues related to shipping and delivery.
* Cost & Efficiency Optimization – Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards, negotiating favourable rates with suppliers and carriers.
* Export Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry regulations, and company policies.
* Documentation & Classification – Oversee accurate classification of products, tariffs, alongside Trade Compliance.
* Record Keeping – Maintaining accurate records.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
* Willingness to get involved in this working manager role.
