What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently during overnight shifts, responsible for the shift's overall management and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring high standards are maintained to prepare the store for opening and customer service readiness.
* Managing people, including performance reviews, capability development, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium on top of the base salary (typically from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable working night shifts and adaptable to their physical and mental impacts, prioritising a safe and healthy environment.
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational setting.
* Resilient to the physical and mental demands of night work.
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to coach teams similarly.
* Experience in monitoring KPIs or similar performance metrics.
* Competent in handling disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Capable of leading store operations independently in the absence of senior management.
